Returns:

● Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
● To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
● Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unboxing Video Requirement:

● To initiate a return, we require an unboxing video showing the package and item in its original condition. This video ensures transparency for both parties.
● The unboxing video must clearly show:
○ The unopened package.
○ The condition of the product immediately after unboxing.
○ Any issues or defects with the item.

Return Process:

  1. Record your unboxing video.
  2. Submit the return request along with the unboxing video via email at support@aurasphre.com
  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
  4. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you of the refund status.

Refunds:

● Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
● If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
● Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

● We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, email us at support@aurasphre.com

Shipping:

● You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
